Step #1: Go to Dashboard of Blogger, next you will need to go Select > Theme > Edit HTML where you need to find out JavaScript code to decode it.

Step #2: Now you need to find out in script code like this... <![CDATA[....... i.e. function get_text(el) {.. and

sometimes it starts with var function. After finding, you need to select it until close tag /*]]> of it but before colon; sign. Copy all JavaScript code to decode it.
