Step #1: Go to Dashboard of Blogger, next you will need to go Select > Theme > Edit HTML where you need to find out JavaScript code to decode it.

sometimes it starts with var function. After finding, you need to select it until close tag /*]]> of it but before colon; sign. Copy all JavaScript code to decode it.

Moreover, two other methods are also available which are Local File and Remote File. Local File where you need to select a file from your device or computer and Remote File which contains URL based where you have to put URL of that code.
Step #5: Select an easier method for you to use. Now paste the JavaScript code to decode it. After pasting the code, click on Auto Decode Button and it will automatically decode the code with the correct format where you will get the result like below.
