What is Snippet Code?

Snippet code is a container of information which use to describe source code or program code in form of text.

Usage of a snippet of code

It's simple to use just you have to Wapping your code snippet inside <pre class="language"><code>..your code here...!..</code></pre> where you need to specify the programming language in class attribute of <pre> tag/element whatever your language code in snippet like these languages HTML in html, CSS in css and JavaScript in js.

This specifies the language inside as HTML. You can find a list of classes here. For language classes, you can also prefix them with either language- or lang-.

If your code snippet includes HTML chartered identities such as greater than / less than signs, you might need to avoid them early.
